Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Process:
- Contact us at hello@gymprofix.com to initiate a return.
- Returns must be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS].
- If accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:
Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return the current item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period:
For EU customers, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
