Shipping Policy

Gymprofix partners with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, working with local couriers to deliver your order directly to your door with flat-rate worldwide shipping.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 working days on average. During peak seasons or due to stock availability, this may take up to 10 days.
  • Payment verification may take additional time. Orders with incorrect billing info or requiring further verification may be delayed or canceled.
  • Once your order is processed, we cannot make changes, including address updates.

Shipping Time Estimates:

  • United States: 7-14 Business Days
  • Canada, Europe: 10-14 Business Days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 10-21 Business Days
  • Mexico, Central/South America: 15-30 Business Days
    (Note: these times are estimates and do not include the 2-5 day processing time.)

Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number. It may take several days for tracking information to update in the system. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact us.

Duties & Taxes:
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees, which are the recipient's responsibility. Gymprofix has no control over these charges, nor can we predict them.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:
Gymprofix is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please file a claim with the carrier.

Wrong Address:
It’s the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. Once the order is processed, we cannot make any changes. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot retrieve it.
